Create customized items for your equipment, rooms, outdoor features, contractors, to-do & to-buy lists, and scheduled tasks. Depending on the item, you can store descriptions, detailed notes, reference images, and work completed.
HMMR is a utility app. Once installed, there's no subscription, no login, and never any ads. Your data is securely stored directly on your device within the app and never sent anywhere.

Equipment & Vehicles
End the constant online searches and digging through manuals for information about your equipment and vehicles. Keep track of part numbers, maintenance steps, tools needed, fluid capacities, and work history. Document everything in the app and you'll know exactly where all your info is.
Home - Interior
Document paint colors, dimensions of rooms, doors, and windows, and keep images to quickly reference while out shopping.
Home - Exterior
Whether it's your lawn, shed, pool, or any other outdoor feature, you'll need to keep detailed reference information about it. How much fertilizer did I buy last year? What type did I use? When did I install the shed? Who built it and for how much? When was the last time the septic was pumped? The list is nearly endless.
Home - General Info
Capture all the general information about your house so you'll always have it on hand when needed. From the year built, size in square footage, lot size, when large improvements were done, to any number of other miscellaneous details you wish to have, store it in the HMMR app.
Contractors
Many of us do much of our own maintenance, however, there are sometimes jobs that require a professional contractor. Whether its keeping track of companies that have done work for you in the past or storing job quotes, use the Contractors section to reference what they did and how satisfied you were with them. This is also a great place to store images of invoices that you've paid out.
My To-Do List
A huge part of home maintenance is simply trying to keep track of everything that needs to be done and purchased! HMMR gives you a quick and handy To-Do (and To-Buy) view. As you go through your day and think of all the maintenance things you need to tackle, or items you need to buy on your next trip to the hardware store, enter them in the HMMR app.
Scheduled Items
Use this feature to store items and tasks that are more substantial in nature than a simple to-do. Being larger, they may require you to capture some notes or reference images to help layout what needs to be done. Also, they are date-bound which helps you plan out what's coming up in future months or years.
Search
Having all your reference information centralized in the HMMR app already makes finding everything you need incredibly fast. On top of that, the search function scans every data point you've stored in fractions of a second and provides results grouped by category so you'll have access to what you need even quicker.
From The Creator
Hi, this is Chris M., creator of the HMMR app. I'm a typical homeowner, and like many others, I struggled to keep all my maintenance-related tasks even remotely organized. I had random notes scattered on my phone, on paper, and in m head! Not to mention the pictures I had taken of replacement parts that were jumbled amongst everything else in my photo gallery like family pictures. A top frustration was finding myself at the home improvement store not remembering a part detail or worse, getting home only to realize that I forgot to pick up half the things I needed. Over time, I created an picture in my mind about what a single home maintenance app solution should look and feel like. This was the beginning of the HMMR app.
While designing and building the app, I made sure that the problems I had while trying to organize all my information and tasks were addressed. We're always digging around for house maintenance details like specific part numbers, a particular tool size needed, or trying to remember how much an invoice was or that contractor we used 3 years ago that was really good. The difference now is that I store all my reference info in the HMMR app and it's all logically categorized and there when I need it.
I truly hope that this intuitive utility app helps others in managing all their home maintenance information and tasks.
